How do I know when it is time to leave?

You have been sitting with it for months. Maybe longer. A relationship that drains you every single day. A job, a city, a situation that no longer feels like living. And you are not sure if leaving is giving up or finally listening. That question is not weakness. It is one of the hardest things a person can carry. God is not silent on it.

"I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye."

Tonight, find five quiet minutes. Write down the one word that describes how you feel every time you walk back into that place or that relationship. Just one word. Then tell God that word, out loud if you can. Ask Him to show you, not what everyone else thinks, but what He sees. He promised to guide you. Hold Him to that.
