Visiting for the first time
- Where is Fountain of Grace International?

- What time are Sunday services?
- Every Sunday at 09:00. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to find a seat and meet someone before the service starts. Services last approximately 90 minutes. See the full what to expect guide.
- Do I need to register before coming?
- No. You can walk in. There is no registration, no reservation, and no obligation. If you want us to know you are coming so we can meet you at the door, fill in the Plan Your Visit form - it takes 30 seconds.
- What should I wear?
- Casual. There is no dress code. Come as you are.
- Is there parking?
- Yes. If you are not sure where to park, WhatsApp us before your visit and we will send you exact directions. You can also plan your visit here and we will reach out before Sunday.
- Are children welcome?
- Yes. Children are welcome in the service.

- Who leads Fountain of Grace International?
- The church is founded and led by Pastor Ricardo Zaal. You can read his full story and background on the About page and the Pastors page.
- What kind of teaching happens on Sundays?
- Practical Bible teaching. Every message is built around a problem people are actually living with - not abstract theology. The goal is that you leave with something you can apply that week. Read past messages in the sermons archive.
- What languages are services held in?
- English and Afrikaans.
- Is Fountain of Grace International a registered organisation?
- Yes. FGI is a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO No: 316-193) registered with the South African Department of Social Development on 16 December 2024. You can see how donations are used and what programmes we run on the Community Impact page.
Prayer and pastoral care
- Can I submit a prayer request without attending the church?
- Yes. Anyone can submit a prayer request - you do not need to be a member or attendee. Use the prayer request form here and the pastoral team will pray over your request personally.
- Is my prayer request kept private?
- Yes. Prayer requests are read by the pastoral team and prayed over. They are never posted publicly or shared without your permission.
- What if I need urgent pastoral support?

Giving and donations
- How can I donate to Fountain of Grace International?
- Visit the Donate page to give via PayPal or direct EFT to FNB account 63132764499, branch 250655. Monthly giving options are also available - they are the most effective way to support the work long term.
- Is my donation tax-deductible?
- FGI is registered as a Non-Profit Organisation (NPO 316-193). We do not yet hold Section 18A tax-deductibility status - so donations are not currently tax-deductible. We will update the Donate page as soon as that changes.
- How are donations used?
- 58% goes to food and basic aid programs. 14% covers program materials and logistics. 28% covers operational costs including admin and compliance. See the Community Impact page for a full breakdown of every programme your giving supports.
Volunteering
- Can I volunteer with FGI?
- Yes. No prior experience is needed. Fill in the volunteer form here and we will reach out with next steps. You can also read about the programmes you would be joining.
