- Where is Fountain of Grace International?
- We meet at 323 B Danie Theron Street, Pretoria North, Gauteng, 0182. For directions, open the church on Google Maps or WhatsApp us on +27 75 259 2555 and we will send you a pin. The contact page has the phone number, email and a map.
- What time are Sunday services?
- Every Sunday at 09:00. The service lasts about 90 minutes, so it ends at about 10:30. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to find a seat and meet someone before it starts. See the full guide to a first Sunday.
- Do I need to register before coming?
- No. You can walk in. There is no registration, no reservation and no obligation. If you want us to know you are coming so we can look out for you, fill in the Plan Your Visit form. It takes 30 seconds.
- What should I wear?
- Casual. There is no dress code. Come as you are.
- Is there parking?
- Yes. Parking is on site and you do not need to book it. If you are not sure how to get there, WhatsApp us before your visit and we will send you directions.
- Are children welcome?
- Yes. Children are welcome and they stay with their parents in the service. There is no separate children's programme during the main service, so families worship together.
- Is the building wheelchair accessible?
- We have not published access details for the building yet. WhatsApp us on +27 75 259 2555 before Sunday and tell us what you need. The team will answer before you come.
The church
- Who leads Fountain of Grace International?
- The church was founded in June 2020 and is led by Pastor Ricardo Zaal. You can read his story on the About page.
- What kind of teaching happens on Sundays?
- Practical Bible teaching. Every message is built around a problem people are living with, not abstract theology. The goal is that you leave with something you can use that week. Read past messages in the sermons archive.
- What language are services held in?
- English. Every Sunday service is in English.
- Is Fountain of Grace International a registered organisation?
- Yes. FGI is a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO No: 316-193), registered with the South African Department of Social Development on 16 December 2024. See how donations are used on the Community Impact page.
Prayer and pastoral care
- Can I submit a prayer request without attending the church?
- Yes. Anyone can submit a prayer request. You do not need to be a member or attendee. Use the prayer request form and our prayer team will pray over it. If you leave your email, a written prayer comes back to you, usually within the hour.
- Is my prayer request kept private?
- Yes. Prayer requests are never posted publicly or shared without your permission. Tick the confidential box on the form and only the pastor sees your request.
- What if I need urgent pastoral support?
- If a life is in danger, call 10111 or the SADAG helpline on 0800 567 567 now. Both are free and open 24 hours. For urgent prayer or pastoral support, WhatsApp us on +27 75 259 2555. Our WhatsApp answers day and night, and a pastor takes over when you need a person.
Giving and donations
- How can I donate to Fountain of Grace International?
- Visit the Donate page to give by PayPal or by EFT to FNB, account name Fountain of Grace International, account number 63132764499, branch code 250655. Monthly giving is also available and is the most useful way to support the work long term.
- Is my donation tax-deductible?
- Not yet. FGI is a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO 316-193) but does not yet hold Section 18A tax-deductibility status, so donations are not currently tax-deductible. We will update the Donate page as soon as that changes.
- How are donations used?
- Based on our 2025 financial year: 58% goes to food and basic aid, 14% covers materials and transport, and 28% covers running costs including admin and compliance. See the Community Impact page for the full breakdown.
Volunteering
- Can I volunteer with FGI?
- Yes. No experience is needed. Fill in the volunteer form. Someone from the team gets in touch within 3 days, and you start alongside someone experienced.
- What volunteer roles are available?
- The main roles are food support, admin, welcoming visitors on a Sunday, events and prayer support. Tell us your availability on the volunteer page and we will match you to something that fits.
