Why does nobody seem to notice how hard I am trying?

You stayed late again. You finished the thing nobody asked you to finish. You held it together when everyone else walked out, and this morning you drove to work in silence wondering if any of it matters to anyone. That feeling is real. But here is the quiet challenge: you have been looking for the wrong pair of eyes. God watched every late hour. He saw the effort you swallowed without complaining. And He does not forget.

"That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly."

Tonight, before you sleep, say one thing out loud to God that you did today that nobody noticed. Just one. Name it plainly, the way you would tell a friend. Then ask Him to be the keeper of it. Let that be enough for tonight.

Father, I am tired of feeling invisible. I give You the effort nobody saw today. Be the one who keeps account. I trust You to see what people miss. Amen.
