Does God actually have practical advice for my money problems?

When money is tight, it is easy to make rushed decisions. Take the loan. Grab the quick fix. Do anything to stop the pressure. Most of us have been there. But panic rarely builds anything, and haste with money almost always costs more in the end. God is not silent on this. He gave us real, plain wisdom for exactly this kind of moment.

"The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want."

Before you make any money decision today, even a small one, pause for sixty seconds and ask yourself one question: am I doing this because it is wise, or because I am afraid? You do not need all the answers. You just need that one moment of stillness before you act.

Lord, slow me down where I am rushing out of fear. Give me a clear head and steady hands with what I have. Teach me to think before I move, and to trust You while I wait. Amen.
