Why do I always stress about money?

It is Friday afternoon and the account is sitting lower than it should. The pressure builds and suddenly you are clicking 'apply now' on something you know is not wise, just to make the feeling stop. That spiral is real. But God, the same one who made everything, left plain words in the book of Proverbs for this exact moment. He says steady thinking builds something. Panic spends what you do not have.

"The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want."

Before you move on any money decision today, even a small one, stop for sixty seconds and ask yourself one honest question: am I doing this because it is wise, or because I am afraid? Write your answer down somewhere. That one pause can change what today costs you.
