Does God see me when I am grieving alone?

Does God see me when I am grieving alone? - Fountain of Grace International

Some mornings it hits before you are even out of bed. A sound, a smell, a side of the bed that stays cold. Grief does not keep office hours. And in those moments, the loneliest thought is not that they are gone. It is the feeling that nobody quite sees how heavy this is. But look at what God did when He stood at a grave.

"Jesus wept."

- John 11:35 (KJV)

Today, find one minute alone and say their name out loud. You do not need a formal prayer. Just say the name of the person you are missing, and tell God one thing you loved about them. He is not in a hurry. He can take it.

Lord, You wept at a grave. You know what this feels like. Sit with me today in the ache I carry. I do not need answers right now. I just need to know You are here. Amen.
