Does God see me when I feel invisible at work?

You showed up again today. Did your job. Nobody said a word. No promotion, no recognition, not even a thank you. And somewhere in the quiet, a question formed: does anyone actually see what I am putting in? That feeling is real. But God's answer to it is sharper and closer than you might think.

"But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart."

Before you start work today, say out loud, one sentence, something like: 'God, I am doing this for You.' That is it. One sentence. It rewires the whole day. What your manager misses, God already saw before you sat down.

Father, on the days when no one notices, remind me that You do. I bring my ordinary work to You today and ask You to find it worthy. That is enough for me. Amen.
