Why do I feel exhausted from always trying to hold everything together?
By Ricardo Zaal, Founder and Lead Pastor ·

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
- Matthew 11:28 (KJV)
You've been shouldering the weight of everyone else's struggles for so long, you've forgotten what it's like to not be holding something together.
Your exhaustion is not just a sign of overwork, it's a warning that you're running on empty, with no reserve to draw from.
As the scripture says, "the battle is not yours, but God's" - what if your role is not to hold everything together, but to learn to trust that He will.
You are not a pillar, you are a person, and it's time to stop carrying the weight of the world.
