Why does money stress feel like it never fully goes away?

You checked your balance this morning, and that tight feeling came back. It does not matter how many times you budget or pray, the anxiety just sits there, quiet and heavy. You are not weak for feeling it. Most people carrying real responsibility feel exactly this. But there is a word that cuts straight through that noise.

"But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus."

- Philippians 4:19 (KJV)

At some point today, write Philippians 4:19 on a piece of paper or type it on your phone and save it where you will see it again. Read it once slowly, out loud if you can, with your own name in place of "my." Let it be a small act of trust, not a performance.

Lord, I bring the money stress I carry right now and I place it in front of You. You see every number, every need. I choose to trust that You are my provider today. Amen.
