Does God actually notice when I feel completely alone? - Fountain of Grace International

Some mornings the loneliness sits heavy before you even get out of bed. Nobody called. Nobody checked in. You wonder if you have somehow slipped off the radar, even God's. That feeling is real. But a feeling is not the final word. David wrote Psalm 34 on one of the worst days of his life, hiding among enemies in Gath, pretending to be mad just to survive. And from that exact low place, he wrote what God showed him.

"The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit."

- Psalm 34:18 (KJV)

Today, say this out loud, even quietly in the car or bathroom: 'Lord, I feel unseen. But You are near.' One sentence, spoken once. Not a long prayer. Just that. Let it be the moment you stop treating the loneliness as the truth and start treating His nearness as the truth.

Lord, I will not pretend I am fine. I am lonely and I need You close. Thank You that close is exactly where You are. I receive that today. Amen.
