Does God actually remember everything I have been through? - Fountain of Grace International

You have been praying through a dry stretch, and somewhere in the middle of it, doubt creeps in. Not just about this week, but about all of it. Does any of it add up to something? Has God been paying attention across the whole of your life, not just the last few hard days? The honest answer is yes, and the way back to that truth is not to look forward right now, but to look back. This is what the psalmist did when words ran dry:

"I will remember the works of the LORD: surely I will remember thy wonders of old."

- Psalm 77:11 (KJV)

Before tonight, think of one moment in your past where God came through, even quietly, even in a way you only understood later. Write it down in a sentence or just name it out loud to yourself. Let that one memory be your footing today.

When you zoom out over your whole life, what is one thing that tells you God has not been absent?

Lord, when this season feels thin, help me remember that my whole life tells a different story. You have not left me yet. I trust that what You have done before, You are still doing now. Amen.
