Does anybody even notice me?

You did something today and nobody said a word. Nobody looked up. It was not a big thing, but the silence after it was. That feeling, the one that wonders if you could disappear and it would take a while for anyone to notice, is more common than people admit. But here is what God says about you, and He says it directly.

"How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee."

- Psalm 139:17-18 (KJV)

Sometime before tonight, find thirty seconds alone. A bathroom, a car, a quiet corner. Read that verse once, slowly, with your own name in your head where it says 'me'. God's thoughts toward you outnumber every grain of sand on every beach in the world. That is not poetry. That is your morning news.

If you genuinely believed someone was thinking about you that constantly, how would you walk through today differently?

God, I brought that quiet ache with me this morning. The one that wonders if I matter. Speak louder than it today. Let me carry what You say about me into every hour. Amen.
