Has God actually been faithful to me my whole life?

Sometimes you need to stop looking at this week and look at the whole road behind you. Think about a moment five years ago when you were certain things would not work out. And then they did. Not always the way you planned, but you got through. David wrote this after decades of running, hiding, losing people, and starting over. He looked back at a long, complicated life and said: I have never once seen God let someone who trusts Him end up abandoned. That word, never, is the whole point. Listen to what God says into your right now:

"I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread."

Before tonight, write down three specific moments from your own life when things felt finished but God came through anyway. Not feelings. Real moments, with names and years if you can remember them. Put it somewhere you will see it tomorrow morning.

Father, my mind runs ahead to tomorrow and forgets what You already did. Help me see my whole life clearly today. You have not failed me yet, and I trust You will not start now. Amen.
