Why do I feel so overwhelmed all the time?
By Ricardo Zaal, Founder and Lead Pastor ·

It is 7am and the list is already too long. The messages are coming in, the kids need something, and somewhere between the kitchen and the front door you just stop and think: I cannot do this today. That feeling is real. It is not weakness. It is what happens when more is being asked of you than you have left. And into that exact moment, God does not hand you a longer to-do list.
"Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."
- Isaiah 41:10 (KJV)
Sometime before lunch today, find 60 seconds alone. Could be in the bathroom, the car, anywhere. Say out loud: 'I am held.' One sentence. Let it land. Then write down one thing you can put down today, even just until tomorrow, and leave it there.
What is one thing you are carrying right now that was never yours to carry alone?
God, I am running on empty and I need You to be what You promised. Strengthen me where I am weak. Hold me up today when I cannot hold myself. Amen.
