Why do I feel exhausted from always being there for everyone?

You’ve been the reliable one, haven’t you? The one who shows up when others don’t even notice. The truth is, sometimes people mistake your strength for an endless well. The surface looks calm, but there’s a storm beneath. Each “yes” chips away at you and the fatigue runs deeper than just physical. Why do you keep showing up like this? Is it fear of what they might think if you didn’t?
