Why do I keep making excuses to avoid facing the truth? - Fountain of Grace International

"And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

- John 8:32 (KJV)
You’re well-acquainted with your inner storyteller, aren’t you? That voice that crafts excuses with the meticulous grace of a seasoned artist. It’s not the time. You’re too tired. This isn’t the right moment to address it. Like a pup chasing its tail, you circle the core issue. Every excuse you cling to, my friend, is a facade. It’s the scaffolding of fear - fear of confronting that deep, unsettling truth that lingers in the pit of your stomach. You’ve built a fortress of avoidance, brick by unspoken brick, and it’s keeping you locked out from peace. The word speaks of the lamp under a bushel - how can it illuminate the room if it's hidden? Your heart is much the same. Keeping these truths suppressed suffocates your growth. "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" - liberating words waiting for you to act. What’s one thing you’ll do differently today that whispers, “I’m ready”? Blessings - Fountain of Grace International
