When You Feel Abandoned: Why You're Not as Alone as You Think

Thank you Jesus, this morning I can just worship you, I just give you the praise to the Lord that you deserve, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, O Lily of the Valley, Sweet Rose of Sherban, Brighton Morning Star. You know the words of Maverick singing Jaira, it's such a beautiful song that sometimes I feel like I can sing that song mostly because the way it says, I'll never be more than I am right now. Wasn't holding you up, so there's nothing I can do to let you down. just that words alone is giving us so much to thank God for because this writer it's just making sense at this moment but I'm not going to get into that so much because at the end of the day getting into that is something I can say to you that You will understand why I would be singing a song like that Because a song like that is something that gives you so much promises And it's not to say that it just gives you promises But it's something that is so close to the heart And that is the reason why we sometimes feel like certain songs Have a certain way of just making you feel better in life Because for some reason, sometimes we literally don't feel like there's anyone around us. We don't feel like there's anybody or must I rather say do you know that sometimes you feel like Jesus is not there? You're not like you're looking here, you're looking there your feelings, your mind your eyes even your hands can't touch him, your eyes can't see him. It's literally those times that you feel like he's so far And you feel like, tell me, why today of all the days, it's like you have deserted me. And these are the things that we're going through as human beings. I saying to you this because the reason I saying is that so many times we come to a place where we think that He never there But I can tell you today, His promises are yea and amen. His promises are literally saying that He will be there. But I'm going to go through my message today And I just want to tell you that my message is entitled today His unseen presence Am I speaking to somebody You know when I talk about His unseen presence It's something that people They want my glasses Just to see They sometimes say, no, no, no, I don't just want the glasses, I want binoculars. You know what is binoculars? You don't know. Binoculars is something, it's like two round things like this and like this. You look through it. Oh, yes, that's what you call binoculars. You can see very far. So sometimes when people are asking you, where is God in my situation? You sometimes want to give them spiritual binoculars. You know, when I talk about spiritual binoculars, I'm saying spiritual binoculars is that where things are for you, it seems too far. When you put on spiritual binoculars, you see so close. And that is why I'm saying to you That whenever we as human beings We feel like God is too far It's only The only reason for that is Because of our own things That we are going through Because let me Give you a scriptural Scriptural advice Because this is what the Bible says The Bible says in Matthew 28 It says in Matthew 28 it says this word snap and I want you to go to Matthew 28 verse 20 and this is a scripture that was said after a difficult time that Jesus went through this scripture was said I watching you this is when this scripture was said after such a disastrous time, I can say, he said in Matthew 28 verse 20, he said this word, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you, And behold, I am with you always to the end of the age. I am with you always to the end of the age. And truly, I'm with you always to the very end of the age. So that is what is said at the time. And if I'm saying to you, doesn't that mean that regardless whether you can feel, see, touch or hear, God is still there? Even though you don't feel that He's still there And the worst part of it is If you read Matthew 7 verse 7 He says this He says this Ask and it shall be given to you And seek ye shall find Knock and it shall be opened unto you That is what he said So knock and it shall be opened unto you So sometimes whenever we go through So difficult times We don't seem to communicate with God. And through the communication, through the communication, you can actually feel His presence come down on you because now when you are in prayers, have you ever come to a situation where it is like as if, or let me make an example like this. You are driving and as you are about to drive and you just pass a car and then suddenly this other car coming out of nowhere and suddenly when that happened and you see literally you see death coming in front of you the moment you see that the only thing that you can say is jesus help me and through that it's like as if immediately the car gets taken away from out of danger and you can see it's the time when you Most feel his presence that it is in that blink of an eye that you feel it more stronger And that is why it very important to understand when we talk about communication with God we talk about regardless whether he is there or not he always there Regardless whether you believe he's there or not, he's always there. Because the thing is that when God is all over everywhere, his omnipresence is with you. You as a person can understand what it means by God being omnipresent. Because you're understanding by God what God means as being omnipresent. He can be in the midst where we are at the moment. And are you saying that if he's not everywhere, are we talking about the Sunday that we are having today? Because remember on Sundays, there's millions of churches all around the world. that is preaching this Jesus we're talking about. So are you saying that at this moment, He is not here while there's miracles being done on another church as we speak. It's about 10 o'clock now. Some of the churches is already out. Some churches is already halfway through. Some churches is already doing some intercessions. Other churches, but everywhere there is God. Jesus is there. You cannot be saying to me That he's not there because you don't feel it You cannot be saying to me He's not there because you don't see him in your life You cannot be saying he's not there Because you can't hear him It's a situation of aligning yourself And the scripture that says Where two or three are gathered in his name He will be there Is for baby Christians what I'm saying baby Christians is for all those those people that when they start off a church or when they start off a service and they see there's only two people and then they start praying and say oh God you know we're two or three I get it in your name you will always be there I'm telling you that's for babies because even though there's no two or three gathering there even if you are alone even if you are millions he's still there. It's just to give you some sort of comfort when you see that the numbers is not there as a human being. But in us, there's no numbers for God to show up to see where he is. prayer closet alone and start praying and you will feel that the presence is so strongly that you can even see as far as in in america where you can see somebody's going through pain now and you start praying for that person immediately when you don't even know the person you just know that you should be praying for alexa and you're asking yourself who is alexa i haven't even heard about the person by the name of alexa i've not even heard about the person named Josephine or Gesellavina or whatever the name is and you don't even know, you have never heard a name like that, but it's put on your spirit to pray for that person and immediately when you pray for that person, the person get healing and then the person on the other side can't understand I was going through so much and suddenly I just feel this relief. It's because God is everywhere, not just in one place. He cannot be like a human being in one place because if he would have been in one place, I can tell you now that this world would have been gone by now already. Because if he is with me, he cannot be with you. So tell me, if he is with me and is most of the time with me, do you think that you will go far because where his presence is not, there the devil step in. Maybe you have not heard that last part. Where God is not, the devil is there. because in his presence there's fullness of joy he will take it as the devil he will then take it and say to you okay you say in god's presence there's fullness of joy let me put some tears in you he's going to give you so much pain because he is differently taking everything god is saying he changed it to his way of doing it where he He said in Romans, he said, he said this word, wait, not Romans. In John 10 verse 10, he says that the thief has come to steal, destroy. So what it means is that where God gives, he steals. Where God lifts, he destroys. So anytime, whenever something is happening in your life, and you see that there is so much destruction in your life, You should be starting to pray and say Jesus I can see that there some destruction in my life at this moment Please help me so that I can gain more of your presence so that the enemy doesn have a hold over me Even though there's destruction, I still rely on you. Because this is what happened. I was busy preparing for a different message. And as I prepared for the message throughout the week, I kept on hearing God is telling me, No, no, no. You cannot go to that message unless you let people understand that you cannot do anything without Jesus on your side. Because even though you can't see him, he is there. He kept on saying to me that he's unseen presence. And I asked, but God, tell me, why are you saying I must get to a message of his unseen presence while the whole week I've been preparing for a different message. And he said, no, you cannot go to that message if people don't know I'm in their situations. Because it's no use of preaching a message that doesn't make people understand that He as a person is there even though you don't feel, see or hear Him. And that's when I realized, oh, okay, this is the reason why this message, for some reason, whenever I was preparing the message, it kept on coming back to, what is the use of giving this kind of message but people don't know that even though it's tough, Jesus is still there. And I ended up saying this morning, no, my God, but this is a short time to prepare something like this. And he said to me, what do you mean when you say this is a short time to prepare for something like this? Don't you know that you are not the one that going to say this? The Holy Spirit will prompt you what to say in your words that you don't know what to say. And I am of such that whenever I do preparation or whenever I need to preach, I need to make sure I put a structure to my message. But today I can tell you because the Holy Spirit is the one that will be doing this message mostly I just wrote a few things down just so that I can know at least where I heading so that at least whenever this goes through, God is the one that will be doing things and I step back. And therefore I'm stepping back for Jesus to come step in. This morning He's the one that will step in. And if you don't know him by now, I'm just asking you, before we go on with this message, I want you to take some time up and say, Jesus, I don't know you. Because I don't know you for some reason. I just want to first, before he goes with this message, further with this message, come into my life first. because if I preach if I preach Jesus the way I'm preaching you today you cannot be not knowing Jesus so I urge you this morning to have a real connection with him start by asking Jesus I have not known you my whole entire life I have not known you as my Lord and Savior Come into my life this morning. Come into my life this morning. So that whatever message is going out this morning, I want to be a part of this message. Because if I don't know you, how can I know your presence? And ask Jesus this morning, For everything that I have done wrongly, God, every sin that I've been sinning, According to your word, you said that you will take away our sins by dying on the cross of Calvary. So thank you for dying on the cross of Calvary for all my sins. And I'm asking for forgiveness for things done and things that I've done and things that I don't even know that I've done wrongly. But please forgive me this morning just so that you can be a part of this message. Just so that you can be also in his presence as well. because whenever God's presence comes upon you, you will literally feel it differently because for some reason God is always with you. But the problem is that you don't see or feel or hear or understand His presence. And therefore it where somebody was saying God was here and I didn even know it And you know the person that said that even immediately when he did that he put a you can almost say a stone there and say just because I didn't know God's presence was here, I will rise up a stone, I will rise up a place where I can call it Bethel, because I know at the end of the day, even though he was here, I didn't know. And that is the reason why so many of us go through so many things and we don't even know that God is with us in the storm. Because in the storm where the storm is quite loud, your ears are prompt not to hear God. When storms and situations around you is determining your hearing, is determining your eyes, is determining your touch, you can be assured that you won't hear, see, or touch God. Because the circumstances, when somebody has touched a burnt stove, do you know that that person won't be able, or won't be allowed to feel anything else except the pain on their fingers? Come on Holy Spirit. Let me repeat that again. just so that it can sink into your life. Do you know that when somebody touch a stove with their bare hands, a warm stove, and their fingers are burning, do you know that they are not allowed to feel anything else except the pain in their hands? It's the same with your situation. Your situation is so tough surrounding you that you cannot see God in your situation. You cannot hear God in your situation because the situation is too tough for you. Jesus was in the storm with his disciples and the storm was raging and he was soundly sleeping because the storm has nothing to do with him. He will not be affected by the storm, but the storm will be affected by him. And therefore, whenever we go into situations, we have a tendency of making all our situations to determine where we're going or where we're heading, But our situations is not supposed to dictate where we're supposed to go, but our own things is supposed to tell us where we go. We need to be directed by God's direction and not through... your circumstantial directions. Because our circumstantial directions will direct us into wrong paths that we're not supposed to be. If there's no money in the house and you think that the electricity will be switched off, now suddenly you think there's somebody's money that was just falling down and you saw the person, immediately the person's money fall down and you can see whose money is it. But at the end of the day, You take the money because you just feel like the electricity will be switched off. Instead of giving the money back where you saw the person's money was falling, you take the money and run away with it. Your circumstances dictate where you're going. Instead of you and your values that God has been given to you, will change you. So many times we have a tendency to let our lack show the lack of God's presence in our lives. And I can tell you now, God has never told you that you are lacking of something. It's just that you are not aligning yourself with what God wants to do in your life. sometimes it is a good thing to have water in your boat because it proves to you that there is still some situation that you still need to rely on God because when there's no water in your boat making you to feel like your boat is going to capsize you will have a tendency of thinking of yourself that I'm the one that will be able to steer this boat without the need of Jesus in my boat. So sometimes that is the reason why certain waters comes into your life. And this water that comes into your life is the things that makes you to be awake of God's presence, to be awake of God's reasons for you, to be awake of knowing that even God is sleeping at the moment. But although he's sleeping, he will not allow that boat to be capsizing for you to die. But because of his stillness you feel like yo yo yo But why are you sleeping while I going through my storms Come on wake up wake up wake up and do something Jesus, come on, wake up and do something. But this is what Jesus has said. He just said, storm be still. No rough words, no sea from hell, sea from this. He just said, storm be still. And that is what he does. So many times we expect him to raise up his hands. And as he raised up his hands, he takes a stuff and then he heats the water so that the water can be quiet. And then he starts heating the water so that you can see that certain things have happened. It's just in his word that the storm comes down. And that is the reason why so many times his unseen presence is there. Even though you can't see it It's a situation of you Aligning yourself into what is said And what His word is Because His word is yea His word is amen Anything that you want to add on to that word Cannot be added Anything you want to subtract Cannot be subtracted His word is yea and amen Done, dusted So this morning As we are standing here this morning God is saying to me To tell you that Your situation is not the situation that is going to let you be drowning in your sorrows. The situation that you are going through is not the situation that will be, the situation that will take you to a place of not knowing Him. But your situation is the situation that will make you to rely on Him. Because in relying on Him is the reason why you are where you are today. Because you haven't been relying on Him too much. You have relied on your own strength and therefore your own strength has taken you to wrong paths and therefore your own, the paths that you are going through is the paths that is actually making you to feel like, no, no, no, life is not fair. But I'm telling you today, in prayer and supplication, you will get to know Him more. Do you know that long before you were born, even way before Jesus was even born Isaiah was prophesying about this he prophesied he prophesied he prophesied Isaiah 53 verse 5 he even said that but he was pierced for our transgression and he was cursed for our iniquities that so so when he say say those words, he actually foretell that Jesus is the healer that will come to be pierced, that will come to be crushed, so that anything that is crushed in our lives will be made whole. You know, Jesus sometimes has a way of coming in our lives in times where we feel that there's a storm. And you know, so many times people take up Jesus as their Lord and Savior when life has hit them to their knees. And when life hit them to their knees, it's a perfect, perfect, perfect position to start praying. So many people that even they have given their life to so many things that they have never known Jesus in their life, but suddenly when they get ill, it's suddenly where they realize, yo, I'm almost about to die now. And that's the only time they start recognizing Jesus in their lives. So when God told me that, no, no, no, the message that you are about to preach It's not the message I want you to preach. I want you to make sure that we get back to basics again. And back to basics is just to know Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Because through knowing Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you can know that He is the healer. So to know that Jesus is the healer. I mean, if you're looking at it, how many people have you heard of? or maybe have seen that they went through so much in-depth pain, the pain that made them to say that I just want to die. And suddenly Jesus healed them. I taken back to a time where I was actually giving up on this life when I was in a place called Carnarvon where my wife is from I was having COVID so badly that I just wanted to go I just wanted to leave and say, this pain, I can't take it anymore. And through that, God uses a man to say to me, get out of that. You are too negative at this moment. Get out of it. And you know, Uncle Norman said those words so powerful that I felt like, Yo, this is such a word for me immediately. And when he said that, I arose and I woke up and I said to myself that I need to be strong. Not just for me, but for my family as well. Jesus used those situations to even me as a person that has been with him for a long time. And that time I have known him for 20 years already. And still I felt like I just want to give over. And I just want to give up. And he uses somebody to say to me, just go. Get out of there. And you know that When you have Jesus in your life You have peace And you know that Sometimes Life situation Give you so many Fear You know that What he said in his word He said that I have not given you the spirit of fear But of peace And of sound mind So when he said those words He actually meant Fear not For I am forever with thee Meaning to say When he say fear not Because he didn't give us the spirit of fear It means for some reason We have to so much rely on him That that peace Because he said in Philippians that there's a certain peace that people don't know. It's the peace that transcends all minds. It's a peace that is like literally beyond human understanding that will come over you. So have you ever get to a situation where you feel you are fearful? your life. Have you ever been in a situation where you have feared for the landlord to take you out and convict you out of your house? Have you ever get to a place where you are fearing that you will lose your job? Have you ever get to a place where you were so fearful, you were so fearing so many things that you actually felt like, whoa, this is not good. But God is saying to you today that He will give you that peace, that peace that transcends all minds. And the same peace that he has given when he said in John 14, peace I live with you. My peace I give you. I do not give you that the world as the world gives it to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. So what does that mean? Is that wherever you are afraid, if you're relying on God himself, that is when the peace will come over you. Peace that will transcend all. minds will come over you. And Jesus is the one that gives you that peace. You know that Isaiah 9 verse 6 calling the prince of peace. Isaiah tells you he is the prince of peace. even in challenging situations even when the fear is so much even that when you fear things He will bring that peace to you you know that some of us going through so much financial difficulties I think is the most problematic section of our lives ever is because of the fear of losing money or the fear of not having money. Let me say it that way. The fear of losing it or not having it. Because that fear, if I don't have money, I might not be able to buy something for my kids. But have you come to a situation where you actually were so much in fear that you didn't see the obvious in front of you? And when I talk about the obvious in front of you, Let me talk about you being hungry. You are so hungry that you don see that there is a piece of a bit of rice There is a bit of this and a bit of that and you can join them together but you are so used to that you are eating maybe just meat but your house is full of rice, and you don't even like rice, but just in that also you can gain, you can be full again. So these are the reasons why God is telling you today, that He is the Prince of Peace, The Prince of Peace The peace that He gives to you Transcends all minds It's beyond human understanding And that is the peace that God is giving to you this day And sometimes When you're looking at life Let me Let's be human beings Let us be human beings You know sometimes our feelings it doesn't align with our reality. Because why I'm saying this now, our feelings doesn't align with our reality is that we sometimes forget about, let me say the word that Job was saying. You know when Job say, what I fear has come over me. So our feelings don't align with God's word. Our actions don't align with God's word. Our movements don't align with God's word. Everything we do, we don't align with God's movement. because if you're looking at it there I'm just making an example do you know that when the disciples was actually on the boat and Jesus was sleeping do you know that for them to wake somebody I don't like to be awakened in my sleep when I sleep I sleep you can ask my family I don't like to be a you don't wake me up because the Bible says your sleep will be sweet That's that's what the Bible says that the children of God's sleep will be sweet So why why do you do you need somebody to wake you up for stressful things at the end of the day like Jesus was walking up by his disciples Jesus, Jesus, hey my brother, can't you see the storm? Don't you hear that the wind is blowing? Can't you see that the ship is going left, right and center? Can't you see this? Why are you trying to kill us here and you are sleeping while everything is happening around you? Do you know that it's actually at that time when God actually step in and step out. And we don't align ourselves with God's word that is yea and amen. You know God's word is yea and amen. Done. No need to add or subtract No need to add or subtract His word is yea His word is amen So when His word is yea And His word is amen Even if a storm is surrounding you His word is still yea His word is still amen Even if the storm is upon you He will still say to you I'll give you peace The peace that transcends all minds The peace I give to you Is not the peace of this world The peace I give to you Is not the peace that will No, no, no It's not the peace that South Africa is saying South Africa, we love you, our beautiful land. Let's show the whole world we can bring peace on our land. Up till today, we are still fighting. Up till today, there's no peace between truck drivers. There's no peace between a certain race. If I say to you, Zulu and Twasa doesn't work together. If I say to you, Twana and Afrikaans people don't go together. What do you call that peace? That is not peace because people are not living in peace. The peace God is giving to you is a different peace So therefore he said to you you have to have some faith in him you have to trust him because sometimes our feelings don really align to the reality of jesus presence in our life but but by having the faith is to trusting in his promises because when you talk about promises you go back to his word you know you know what his word is his his word now is No, no, no. Let me use his words, his own words. I honor my word more than myself. So, why would he say something? Is he a man that he should lie? Because that is his word. His word says it nicely. Because if you go... Let's go to Hebrews. let's go to hebrews 11. i want to i want to show you something hebrews 11 says it this way now he says now faith is the substance of things hoped for The evidence of things not seen. Wait, wait, wait, wait. Did you hear that? My message is entitled, The message is entitled, His unseen presence. Because His unseen presence, isn't it what this says, that now faith is the substance of things, hoped for the evidence of things not seen. And therefore I'm saying to you, the unseen presence of God is literally showing so much in your life that you as a person cannot see it because of the hurt that you are going through, because of the pain you are going through, because of the things that is surrounding you. And therefore you cannot see Him in your circumstances. You cannot see him in your At presence at the moment But he says in his word He will never leave you Now will he forsake you But in your mind You cannot see him in your situation Because you are not looking to the To the one that says I will not leave you You are looking to the circumstances at the moment So why look at the unseen It's best To just know God Regardless whatever my situation is saying, I still trust in you. I still have faith in you. I still know that there's a hope that you will give me what is needed. Faith. Faith. because if I can tell you now how do you know that Jesus is with you let's talk about this let's talk about it because up till now I've only given the signs that you as your own human being feel like or hear like or touch have not seen him. This is what we normally say. Bishop, you know when it comes to month and we see the money is not there for everything. We only look at the money. We don't look at the provision. Because according to him, according to all his riches in glory he has provided. That's what he said most. He said those words. But now the problem is we see, we look at the lack instead of the provision. We look at the pain instead of the healing. We look at the at how we've been mishandled You know, like when life has knocked you down, you think life has knocked you down so hard that you feel like you're, it's very tough. And not knowing that when he knocked you down, it was a perfect situation to be on your knees to pray and say, God, you know, this thing is big enough for me. I can't remember when last did I see you in my situation. So up till thus far, I've just given you situations where you can't see him, you can't feel him. But let me give you a situation where you know he there He said because of our fruits it will show us from which tree are we coming from I mean, if the fruit is showing, what is the opposite of faith? Unbelief. Yeah, unbelief. So if you are unbelieving, if you're not believing, it means that you are in unbelief. So what does that fruit say? It says that no trust, no Jesus. because if we say i don't trust in jesus is the reason why some of our relationships has been gone going astray when jesus said to you this is the husband this is your wife and because the guy has been a warm clap you and you you didn't see him as as your future at that time, you just saw the way he must handle you and God saying to you that he will change. You just need to hold on there. But because of our situation at that time, we don't believe that God can still change a person like this. And that is the reason why God has stopped me from preaching the message that I was supposed to preach and rather the return to a message that brings Jesus to our lives. Because without Jesus, unfortunately, we cannot see certain things. And remember that the Bible says it so nicely. Okay, let me go back to my scripture that I was talking about. Now, if the fruit is love, isn't God love? If the fruit is hate, isn't Satan hate? So why do you hate your brother? Why do you hate your sister? while the Bible says the biggest command is to love thy neighbor as you love yourself. But you soon hate and you still call yourself a Christian, you still call yourself a Jesus, blood wash, sanctified. No, no, no, no, no. Maybe you didn't hear this part. Love your neighbor as you love yourself. Warm clap your neighbor as you would warm clap yourself moment it tough to hit my head against the same wall every time and still say I love myself No I don love myself because the pain I put on me doesn't say Jesus in my life. So how do you see that Jesus is in your life? How do you see that he's in your life? It's when this love comes upon you. When you see your brother and you just want to help. This is the kind of love that Jesus gives. That he will lay down his life for us. It's the same love that Jesus has given to us when he died on the cross of Calvary for us. and say, you know, I was actually pierced for your iniquities. I died so that you can live. It's the kind of love that for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son. And not just for Nje. It's not for those ones who love. If you understand where Jesus is in your life, you will understand why there's so many good things that is happening in your life. Because the Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer. So how many times have you been delivered from the snare of the... How many times have you passed through through fire and you were not burned. How many times have you literally gone through so many things and you don't understand how come I come alive out of there? It's because the Lord is your rock. It's because Jesus is in your boat. That is why the storm can't just touch you like whatever, whatever. is the same reason why He is you know okay let me ask you this way now have you ever become in such a difficult situation that you feel like is the darkest hour of your life the darkest like literally you don see an outcome And when you see that there no outcome all you can see is just darkness When you look left, it's darkness. When you look right, it's darkness. When you look front, it's darkness. When you look back, it's darkness. You can only see darkness. Can I tell you why? Because Jesus says that He went into the tomb The grave In total darkness For you to come out as the light So when you are in darkness Just ask yourself Jesus Look look look look look My situation is telling me here There is no light here But your word says that we are the light of this world, where am I footing in? Does it mean that you are not surrounding me when I don't see any light? What does it mean, God? Because for me, it doesn't make sense why am I going through so many tough things? And you said, we'll be the light? Why have I been so rejected? You know nobody in this world can reject salt because where you eat food or anything, you need to have some salt. He said we are the salt of this earth. So, if we are the salt and for some reason we've been rejected, don't you know the rejection doesn't come from him? It comes from the one who always rejects It means that somewhere He wants to show to you that I'm still looking out for who I can devour And if you're not careful, you are the one If you're not careful, I will be the one that will show you flames I will be the one that will make you feel like And therefore, whenever Jesus is in your boat, whenever Jesus is there, things that you see is not that big. He will not show you a million rand to show you that you have a one rand. Sometimes we want extravagant, big, gigantic things to prove that He's in our lives, but the smaller things we don't see. Jesus. You know, just the mere fact that we have breath, just the mere fact I can speak to you now after coughing almost my lungs out, is a blessing to me. because by speaking to you I can tell the devil look you want to try and stop me from preaching this Jesus that you know that will take you away from this earth you are trying to stop me from testifying but you know through my testimony is where I overcome you because through this testimony that I can speak out of Jesus you know for a fact that you will be under my feet because by my testimony, you are under my feet. So these are the things that the devil doesn't understand. He doesn't know. He doesn't know that everything we are going through has already been provided. It's only for us to just align ourselves to know that Jesus is with us. You know that provision and blessing is there. It's our birthright. Being a child of God, it's our birthright to bless others. It's our birthright that anytime when I get in contact with you, I need to bless you regardless whether it is a monetary, it is a verbal blessing, it is whatever blessing that you have, you already have it in you. It's just that your mouth is so full of curses That the tree that you've been planted from Has been giving you problems Take out the root of that tree Where the blessing has been given to you And stop, start cursing others And make sure that you are aware of That you are the head and not the tail You are buff and not beneath That you are the apple of God's eye And you are This is the things that we don understand Because if we go even if you talking about provision provision is already been given according to philippians 4 verse 19 where the bible says and my god will will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in christ jesus but when i talk about all your needs do you need the food and then you do because if you don't eat food you will be dying do you need clothing then you do because whenever you walk out of here do you think people will look at you like a madman saying oh this one is going in his birth clothes no that is things that you are in need of do you need to have a sound mind oh yeah you do need a sound mind the reason why you need a sound mind is that because you don't need to fear anything because he has not given you the the spirit of fear, but of mass. So, so whenever you ask God for a certain thing, do not just say, God, I am at this moment in time. I have so much fear that I'm about to lose my job. The moment you talk about the fear that you are going to lose your job, and you're not talking about the fact that God is saying he's provided for you all your needs, according to his riches. And you don't use the scriptures to come out of your situation. You are bound to go into the wrong direction. You're bound to go into the wrong direction. Because if you want to go into the right direction, it's always to come back to His word. Because His word is always having a solution to your problem. even even the the the king king Solomon is king Solomon yeah who was writing the ecclesiastes he said everything under the sun happened before or something like that yeah it's king Solomon that says anything under the sun happened before there's nothing new is the yeah there's nothing new so the devil can't come and show you new flames He cannot show you new flames because he has done the same to other people and therefore go back to Somebody who went through the same thing and ask the person brother you know that you you went through the same Situation that I going through at the moment How did you manage to get out of it Because by doing that is the reason why testimony is so much important To testify about how you've been in the mighty clay and how He lifted you up and put your feet on a solid rock. while you were sinking in depth and others came out to rescue you. How did you do that? These are the things that we need to understand that anytime whenever God is talking about certain things, we need to go back to His Word. In fact, I think we should be going back to... Afrikaans is coming now. I'm not getting the words now, but The fruit of the spirit is love, it's joy, it's peace, it's patience, it's kindness, it's goodness, it's faithfulness, it's gentleness gentleness and self-control is the things that we need to get back to. These are the fruits that needs to be showing in our lives to show that Jesus is in our lives. Because if Jesus is in our life, you will love. If Jesus is in your life, you will be full of joy. In his presence, there's fullness of joy. If Jesus is in your life, you will have peace. The peace that transcends all minds. So human minds can't transcend, can't understand what it means. And then when you talk about when Jesus is in your life, you will have patience. This one is a bit of a difficult one. If I talk about patience, I sometimes say patience is somebody who stays down the street. Her name is patience. But then you say to me, hey, bruh, no, no, no, no, no. That patience is a name. But the patience I'm talking to you is why are you so impatient about certain things? Come on get out of that one the fruit of the Spirit is patience I sometimes don have that patience But then I come back and I say Sorry Lord Jesus teach me how to be patient Sometimes when he say when there somebody going out there and he say be kind to the person And you look at the person telling you rubbish. And you think, how can I be kind to somebody like this who's giving me rubbish? But he said, one of the fruit of the spirit is to be kind. kindness is one of them the other one I was forgetting about is the self-control one this is the one I normally tramp on too much toes because sometimes you know that it's time to fast and stomach is growing. You can't control just to say, Lord Jesus, I want to give my body the discipline of knowing that this body is not the body. I'm crying out to the spirit and for five days, six days, seven days, I will not be eating anything. That kind of self-control. Sometimes, hey, Bishop, man, If the hunger pains strike, you are feeling, you're supposed to drink this tablet because the high blood pressure, this and that. And then you ended up saying, let me leave this one for maybe when I'm feeling better. God help us. God help us. God must really help us because if Jesus is not with us, it means we are not kind if the devil is with us it's where we keep on fighting if the devil is with us his devices we know we we think we don't know But we are aware of his devices. Because you know why I'm saying we are aware of his devices? Is that sometimes when you get up. And the first thing that you see is a child that didn't pick up the shoes last night and you fall over that shoe. There you know, you cannot let your day start like this because of a child that didn't do what he's supposed to do. Now the devil used that one, I'm going to warm clap you. Already the day have not even started. We know his devices. He's trying to stop our day from having joy in our days. So therefore this evening, I mean this morning, I want to take the time and say to you, His unseen presence need spiritual binoculars because if it is not a spiritual binocular it needs a spiritual microscope because if you can't see What is happening in your life That Jesus is in your life You will always give the devil A way over your life Therefore We need that spiritual binoculars To see Even the things that are far The things Hoped for Now faith is the substance of things hoped for The spiritual binoculars It hope to have a better life The evidence of things not seen You know what spiritual binoculars does It takes it from here To wherever it is And bring it closer So that you can see it The spiritual microscope It takes the smallest like a mustard seed and it expands the seed so that you can even see the fiber of the seed That is the spiritual binoculars and the spiritual microscope that you need to see Jesus in your life And therefore my message is plain and simple this morning. Even though I've said a lot of things, the best of everything is what I say to you. It's scriptural. And surely I'm with you always to the very end of the age. So Jesus is with you to the very end. The last of the last. The last of the last. If you don't feel like he's there, the best thing is to go to Matthew 7 verse 7 and go there and ask because you want to seek him and you will find him. It's the two things that you should take out of this today. His unseen presence needs spiritual binoculars. His unseen presence needs spiritual microscope. You know, microscope takes so much small things and it makes it so big. and it's the small things in our lives that we should look for to know that Jesus is with us. It's the small things that makes us to realize every time whenever life is giving us hard knocks, Jesus is the hard rock. And upon that rock, I will build my church. And we are built Upon the rock The rock that is higher than I I'm sometimes I'm sometimes wondering Why God Cannot just Tell everybody that Take my word Just take that word and dissect it. Not just read. Because remember, reading a book is something that only the mind do But reading the Bible comes out of the Spirit And through the Spirit it opens up revelations of things that you have not known. So if ever you have a time where you speak to God and you don't get revelation, you have not asked out of the Spirit. Because through his word call upon me and I will answer this search Bishop why can't I get this scripture every time Jeremiah 33 verse 3 call upon me days of trouble I will tell you you know not about you know not about in the days of trouble now you understand so why can't we because remember when you say call it means pray you understand so when you pray in a situation where there's trouble he will show you solution that is what he means by unseen things things that you did not know things that for argument's sake you have been having a big issue and you see this gigantic issue but you don't see the scripture saying to you simply, call upon me. So to call is to say, Lord Jesus, this trouble I'm going through at this moment, please come and show me the unsearchable things, the things that I've not seen, the things that I don't know, Reveal to me Through the revelational power Of the Holy Spirit What should I do About this trouble I'm going through And I think We all Will have a better understanding Why We go through certain things But certain things Is to kill the scene To make you go like to make you go like John Cena. You can't see me. The devil is doing that to you. The devil is doing that to you. You can't see me. Because he want to take your binoculars and your microscope and your glasses away from you so that you don see God presence surrounding you Even though, he said, he will not leave you, nor will he forsake you. He said those words, even though he said it. But you are still a baby Christian. you want somebody to be with you to acknowledge where two or three are gathered in his name you'll be there if you are a baby Christian and keep on saying this scripture go back to the base scripture that says I will never leave you nor will I forsake you and rather use that one instead of waiting for backup because Satan will always get you alone. And when he gets you alone, he will show you flames. It is a good thing to... You remember also the Bible says that when two walk together and they're not agreeing, then it means that there's diversion. So sometimes if you are talking about the two or three are gathered in your name, The one is praying for financial breakdown The one is praying for spiritual breakdown How can you be coming together In one accord If one is spiritual One is financial But when you alone You are closer I stick it closer Than a brother Closer than a brother And therefore Jesus is here this morning Jesus is here this morning And he's telling you Whatever you have been going through Whatever your situation has been telling you He is still with you Regardless of whatever your situation has been telling you And therefore this morning I want to ask those of you that haven't been receiving Jesus as your Lord and Savior this morning I want you to just take this time And just go with me through this prayer And say Lord Jesus I don't know you Lord Jesus, I don't know you and I would like to know you this morning. I would like to take you as my Lord and Savior. As my Lord and Savior, take my sins away from me so that I can stand blameless before you. And I'm asking you for forgiveness for everything I've done, seen and not seen, Father God, this morning. And I'm asking you, write my book, I mean, write my name in the book of life, Father God, so that I can also come to you as humble as you are and say that I am a child of God, that I am a child of God, and being a child of God, I'm an A of Jesus' promises. and every promise that has been given to me will come to pass because I am his heir that he has been given to me. And this morning I pray also that if you have said this, may God give you somebody to teach you the scriptures so that you can know the scriptures. Jesus you are talking about because if you don know Jesus this is unfortunately not a promise to you because you have not taken up him as your Lord and Savior this morning And therefore if you take him up as your Lord and Savior this promise belongs to you. Thank you, Lord Jesus. This morning, I also want to pray for those ones who decided, I have taken up Jesus as my Lord and Savior, but somehow the flames has been going down. And for some reason, I don't feel like he's there anymore. I don't feel like he's the one that is in my life anymore. The devil has been cutting my flame off on the main source. And the main source is Jesus. And therefore, I want to grow back into Jesus this morning. I'm praying for you and I'm asking Jesus' spirit to come upon you to take your life over. So that he can be the one that is fully, fully, fully known in your life. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. And I pray this morning that as you are about to go out this week that anything you touch will be touched as if Jesus is touching it himself Everywhere you go when you speak you will speak as if it Jesus that is speaking for you already And everywhere you go, whatever you hear is only the things that God wants you to hear this week. And everywhere you go, whatever you touch will only be the things that God wants you to touch. Nothing that the devil wants you to touch in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. This morning, I also want to tell you that whatever you will feel, you will only feel the Holy Spirit surrounding you. And whenever you feel like God is not there, God will prove to you that He's even closer than a brother to you now. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. This morning, I also want to say to you that as you are about to go out this week, at any time, whenever you step on a place, favor is your portion. Favor is your portion Because He said everywhere Your foot will be cramped upon Will belong to you And therefore wherever you go That place will belong to you because of the word of God that has been set out on your life this morning in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. I pray this in Jesus' mighty name, Heavenly Father. Thank you for answered prayers, Father God. Thank you for answered prayers, Father God. Because I know, Father God, you said in your word that you hear our cry. and our cry went out to you to know you and by knowing you we have everything. Trusting in you we have everything.
