So let me start off by saying tonight as I'm here, I'm speaking on a subject the thought of Christ, so meaning to say the thought of God for your life and the thought of God for your life is literally in Jeremiah 29 verse 11. I'm going to track back a little bit. So this is what happened. If the Bible says it so nicely that God has not been given us a spirit of fear but of a sound mind, just want to put this down. Then God has not given us a spirit of fear but of sound mind meaning to say that anytime whenever you fear, anytime whenever you fear it means you can't think. So when you fear you can't think and then when you can't think you can't go forward in life because now because of the fear that you have because in certain cases like for argument's sake if you have a manager that always makes you to fear you, he or she will then make you not to grow because now you fear of making a mistake and you making a mistake because you fear to make a mistake unfortunately makes this for you harder for you to move forward. So now picture this. If God is then having a thought that you should be growing, a thought that you should be according to the God's word. Let me just go to it again and just read it again. According to Jeremiah 29 verse 11 it says that for I know the thoughts that I think towards you say of the Lord. Thoughts of peace. Now meaning to say if God says to you think the thoughts of peace meaning to say that he has been giving you the spirit of peace that's a sound mind so thinking soundly and when you are at peace you are you don't hit any demon the whole time because most of the time we find ourselves that you are so much I can use the words angry because you are not at peace and that's the reason why anytime whenever you speak to others you're speaking out of a burst you burst to speak to them instead of just telling them please can I just ask you bring me a cup of water the next thing you're and you don't hear so tonight I want to ask you that if the thoughts of Christ is in you and Christ is thinking of you all the time because you are on his mind according to some eight some eight say what are men that you think of um let me let me go to it just so that we can you can hear what I'm saying Lord our Lord how excellent is thy name in all the earth who said thy glory above the heavens out of the mouth of babies and sucklings has thou ordained strength because of thine enemies that thou mayest still enemies and avenger when I consider thy heavens the work of thy fingers the moon and the stars which thou hast ordained imagine so so so when you think or when you see in the things that when you consider thy heavens and you you look at the heavens what is men that thou art mindful of him and the son of men that thou visited him for thou has made him a little lower than angels and has crowned him with glory and honor so so you are on God's taught all the time say say for instance let me make an example if you're looking at it now when you are on God's thoughts picture this why you are or why would you be in on God's thoughts is because of if you have dated before if you have dated before you will actually realize what I'm talking about when you date somebody and you are in the court stadium um you know the first stadium you always think of that person every time whenever you do something you think of that person God is in a courting stage with us every day he thinks of us every day and he makes it not every day but every second you are on God's mind and God is thinking of how he can improve your life how he can make your life better God is always saying to you that he wants to edify you he wants to to comfort you but for us because of our things that we we have tend to to to look at making it that we don't see what is the thoughts that he have towards you so tonight as I'm as I'm as I'm about to go into this with you I want to I want to show you a few things what this is doing to us first um first I'll bring my Bible closed so I was reading out the first Corinthians previously for you and I'll read it again first Corinthians 14 it says follow after charity and desire spiritual gifts now desiring spiritual gifts meaning to say sometimes we don't have all the gifts but the desire of desiring those gifts will bring us closer to the gifts make sense what I'm trying to say so if it makes sense because if the Bible says it follow after charity and desire spiritual gifts meaning to say that if you desire that one day I would like to be this I would like to be that I want to be a spiritual this spiritual that then it it it goes on but rather that you may prophesy now why would God in a sense pick a spiritual gift but rather that you may prophesy so what makes prophecy different than other gifts why is it that that when it comes to the prophetic God is is is highlighting it because if God is highlighting something there should be in your mind you should be starting to think oh okay he said spiritual gifts I must desire it all right now I understand if it is a spiritual gift that I must desire why do you say I should be desiring prophecy now if you go to a place and somebody says to you you're you are useless man do you know that that is a breaking down you get to a place where it's it you your spirit is not there anymore because the more you get pressed down the more you get wrong words the more you actually get a situation where you feel like man I rather not go there anymore and that is why you find in some places where you go to a church and you go in as a person that is like wow you are I'm going to church is my first time ever after 17 years my first time in church and I would like to be there the next thing there's a preaching that goes out and the preaching is bringing you down instead of lifting you it's not a prophetic word because a prophetic word is supposed to edify you and to comfort you there's so much there's so much for us to to impart unto others through through prophecy because if I prophesy to you it's like for argument's sake where the scripture goes as far as to verse 14 31 it says let the prophet speaks two or three and let others judge so meaning to say sometimes there's a prophetic word over your life that is not in line with what God is having for you and that makes you actually to go down instead of going up and then because you are having so much faith in the person that gave you the prophetic word that you take it with everything and that is why it says let the prophet speak two or three and let others judge so when the others judge they can then say oh okay no no no that word that you said there it was not right so it goes on it to say for you may prophesy one by one that all may learn and all may be comforted so if I give you a prophetic word and it doesn't comfort you somehow it's not in line if I reprimand you don't don't get me wrong because remember there's a there's sometimes you find yourself that when a prophetic word goes out and you have done something wrong and it's somebody saying to you look for far too long you've been fornicating now in this God is telling me because of that you will actually meet this and then this is what's going to happen it will comfort you even though you have sinned the same prophetic word will then draw out the best in you it will take out the best in you it will draw that good out of you even though it's a word that is not a comforting word but prophetic will will will make you comfort and then sometimes it says also it goes on and it says and the spirit of prophets are subject to the prophets for god is not the author of confusion but of peace and in all churches of the saints so what this literally means is that sometimes you get a prophetic word that confuses you and when it starts confusing you you should think this is not a thought of God it is not the thought of God this is something that God is not thinking of God is telling me something but it's confusing me it doesn't make me at peace it makes my heart to jump then it means something is wrong then it means something is wrong if i if i speak to you and and or if i speak let me rather say it this way and and and something is resonating with you please write in the comments because then i can also as you write in the comments i can also see oh them ask their husbands at home for it is shame for women to speak in church what comes from the word of God out from you and come out unto you only if any man thinks of himself to be a prophet or spiritual let him acknowledge that the things that i write unto you are commandments of the Lord but if any man be ignorant and letting me ignorant wherefore bread and covered the prophecy and forbid not to speak with tongues let us let all these things decently in order so now i'm i'm going to to to also uh go back and say to you this in with scripture it's actually so much that this little emphasis sizing on on on prophecy it's it's making me to wonder and i'm not so sure if it does make you to wonder as well it it makes me to wonder why would God allow a prophecy why because a prophetic word edifies you and i want to i want to ask you that for some reason if you have not gotten a prophetic word try and look for a prophet somewhere and and and and and let him speak into your life let him let him let him literally tell you what is God thinking of you because the thoughts i think towards you is taught taught according to the Bible because the thoughts i think towards you say it the Lord thoughts of peace and not of evil to give you an expected end now when somebody is expecting something it is like if i can use this um as an example when a woman gets pregnant into the the the second month or let's say the moment they realize i'm pregnant then we will say she's expecting now when you expect something you you have a thinking of and you start thinking of what it is like like in this case when we talk about the the the baby you now think wow i wonder is it a boy i would so much love to have a boy then the next thing you expecting that it should be a boy is the same God's expected end for you God is expecting great things from you his torch towards you is of great things his torch towards you is to be the head and not the tail his torch towards you is to is literally to be above and not beneath his torch towards you is he he's actually saying to you whoa i want you to have the best of the best because if you have the best of the best he can say i'm so proud of you boy i'm so proud of you Ricardo i'm proud of you you you have made it you are making it everywhere you go you made it so so these are the things that God is thinking of you every time whenever every time whenever he says ah that's the apple of my eye anytime whenever you're saying something to you it's like wow wow wow wow so these are the things that you should be always looking at so now let me explain what i mean by the thoughts of God towards your life when God is thinking of you he's thinking of a person that is healed so you then need to go and prophesy over your life and say God i'm healed let the poor say i'm rich let them let the the the the sick say i'm healed that is what you then should be prophesying over your life and say God i am the head another tail God i am one of your children i'm a child of God and therefore no man can just deem me to be somebody that is not so these are the things that you should be knowing i've spent a lot of time tonight but i trying i'm trying to set a foundation for you tonight so that by the next sermon i'm doing on a on a thought of God i would i would like to show you some practical examples because most of the time we have a tendency of saying uh-huh oh okay so you are talking about God but is God literally showing you these things or what is happening because i would like to to take an opportunity to actually show you how good God is and and unfortunately i can't be i can't be showing you certain things but i can tell you certain things because when i when i show you uh for example i'm just making an example when i show you i couldn't see before and my eyes was maybe closed it's a physical thing i saw God says your eyes has been closed and he's about to open your eyes let it be open in the name of Jesus open now and it's open that is a that is a something physically you can see but other things spiritually sometimes it's hard to show you how God spiritually work in things but i want to show you the thoughts that God has towards you i want to literally dissect taking it out piece by piece and and and move them according to how God wants you to see because if desire is a Latin word for of God meaning to say that the desire that you have if it is a good desire it's a desire of God the of desire God now let me stop here for tonight and and and and pray because obviously i see my time is up i was i was supposed to be finishing at eight o'clock but obviously i just go on and my my spirit just had to listen to what God is saying and i just worshiped the whole time worshiped worshiped i just worshiped and that worshiping took me into a different place heavenly father you are God and therefore tonight as i'm listening to you saying that we are the apple of your eye i want to thank you for the thought that you have towards me the thought of us being a place of peace in a place of peace not have to worry about anything according to your word that says that therefore we should not be worried about anything because as you said in your word if you look after the birds i mean birds that doesn't have a place to live birds that doesn't have a place to put their food you still look after them what about us as human beings the thoughts that you have towards us my God is to let us say do not be worried about tomorrow and therefore i can actually take this time my God and say to you thank you for the thoughts that you have towards us not of evil but of good you thinking of us my God as we are better than we think of ourselves and being better at what we think for ourselves father God where you said i literally literally can say thank you for your thoughts my God and i can literally take the word because you said your honor your word more than your honor yourself that we will have an expected end an expected end that says it so nicely i will harken unto you then shall you call upon me and you shall go and pray unto me and i will harken unto you you said that you will hear us God because in our own minds we are just a mere end end like an end like a small little creature in our minds we are a small little creature but you see us as the big bigger than the elephant that's how you see us the torch you think towards us i thank you Jesus i thank you Jesus i so much thank you Jesus for making this time where we can prove that you are still God and therefore tonight because you are God i'm going to leave you to it prove to your people that you are still God still the God of Jacob Isaac and Abraham they're still the God that that that took the Red Sea and departed the Red Sea so that people can walk on dry grounds for the God this Red Sea of us that we of us that we kept on every night crying with flooded eyes take that Red Sea away from us for the God flooded eyes that we cry ourselves to sleep for the God let that Red Sea be moved from us my God let that Red Sea of of of troubles the Red Sea of financial difficulties let that be removed from us because you thinking of us that we are better than what we ought to think of ourselves because we thinking that tomorrow might be the time that i don't have food to eat but you already set out that you will provide for us daily our daily bread and we here we thinking i don't even have food to eat but you said you will provide you are the bread of life for the God so tonight as the bread of life for the God give us our daily bread so that we don't have to seek for bread prove to us here is the bread make it physical for us not in a sense where we look at it and don't see it so that we don't have hope my God i pray tonight in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior that that you my God who is not a respecter of person you are a God that you don't give to this one this and to that one that you give equally so therefore i pray tonight for the God that as we are here tonight not knowing what tomorrow holds for us not knowing if we'll still be alive my God but knowing that you know the future go ahead for the God and prove that you are God my God where sometimes the clothes that we are wearing is worn out and we tend to think but didn't you say you will clothe us my God i pray in the mighty name of Jesus prove that that clothes that you were were promising to us it is there we don't have to go and seek for it and if we can't see it my God take off the eyes that is not from you take our mere mortal eyes and give us spiritual eyes to see in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior take these ears that whenever we hear we are downcasted about the news that we get news of our our people that dying every day please my God open our eyes and ears to only see the good and to only hear the good that you have for us my God because sometimes being a human being is tough my God it's it it's it's yeah it's it's it's literally something that i can tell you forgive me for being a man i sometimes feel like you are not there so i wanna i wanna ask you God if i can't feel you are not there or if i feel you are not there make me to feel your presence surround me with your love touch me squeeze me just just just make me feel that you are there if if for some reason i don't i don't think you even hear me God just show me some sort of a sign that you are there because if i look at it being a human being is yo my God is is is i don't know if it's tough for me like this how tough it must be to be God i can't even think i can't imagine your ways because your ways is higher than my ways my God and my ways sometimes i feel like i'm doing things right but still i don't see the benefit of what i have been doing i've been sowing into a place where the sowing actually shows me that my God it shows me literally literally to be honest that the seed that i've sown was in the wrong place sown or it died for some reason please just just just give me like a little piece of that green plant to show that the seed that i've sown is still there because that is what you think of me you thinking of me as a child that i am of you because you said it in your word when you said in your word that you said you you literally said this i will never leave you nor will i forsake you that's what you said my God i i didn't say it i'm standing on your word and by standing on your word once again just as a reminder you said that you honor your word more than yourself and by honoring your word more than yourself it means that you are near it's just that i don't feel you are near and and if i don't feel you are near my God i tend to do the wrong things forgive me my God because sometimes if we see we have doing so much good and not see the benefit of the good that we did we tend to not want to do good anymore forgive me for being a human being my God but i'm just me i'm just plain and simple Ricardo i am not God that can see the future but i am a human being that knows you have the future and therefore my God tonight as i'm praying to you for the God asking you take this flesh and give me more of your spirit so that if i see more of you my God i might be seeing things in a different way because sometimes when i don't see things i tend to think you're not doing things so if if in my mind you're not doing anything my God please i'm just being me i'm not i'm not trying to be somebody else i'm saying what my heart is saying and my heart sometimes is so dirty because if i look at it the way my heart is dirty it makes me not to see you because you said in Matthew you said these words i literally wanna i wanted to read the word but maybe i should i should just go there and and and say what your word says because your word says it's like this blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God my God is my heart that dirty that i can't see you because according to Matthew 5 verse 8 Matthew 5 verse 8 says blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God i haven't been seeing you and i i've been wondering maybe you're not around me or you're not i don't see you anyway and therefore i pray now in the mighty name of Jesus purify my heart my God and as my heart is purified i know i will see you more i know i will see you more my God because your word says it also in the same Matthew blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness for they shall be filled fill me up for the God so that i can be more looking into righteousness more looking into righteousness my God take my hands purify my heart i wanna burn for you only for you i wanna be tried by fire purify you take whatever your desire Lord is my life heavenly father if you can just show me the thoughts you think towards me for the God because sometimes i literally don't think you are there for the God while you're thinking of me i don't know i
