Why do I feel like my small efforts are going nowhere?

You packed the lunchboxes again. You showed up to the job that doesn't thank you. You kept going when nobody clapped. Some days it feels like you are pouring water into sand and nothing is growing. But here is what is true: God is not watching your highlights. He is watching the Tuesday mornings, the small calls you made, the quiet faithfulness nobody photographed. And He has already drawn a line from where you are to where you are going.

Before tonight, name one small thing you did this week that felt like it meant nothing. Write it on a scrap of paper or the notes on your phone. Then write three words next to it: God saw this. Keep it somewhere you will find it again.
