Why do I feel like I'm drowning and I can't catch my breath?

Why do I feel like I'm drowning and I can't catch my breath? - Fountain of Grace International

It is 6 am and the weight of everything hit you before your feet even touched the floor. The job. The money. That relationship. The thing you cannot fix. You are not weak for feeling it. Some loads are genuinely too heavy for one person to carry alone. And right into that moment, Jesus says something that is worth stopping for:

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."

- Matthew 11:28 (KJV)

Before you do one thing on your to-do list today, sit still for two minutes. Put your phone face down. Say out loud, 'I cannot carry this alone.' That is not giving up. That is the most honest thing you will say all day, and it is exactly where relief starts.

What is the one thing pressing hardest on you right now that you have not yet handed over?

Lord, I am tired and I have been carrying this too long on my own. I come to you right now, with all of it. Take what I cannot hold. Give me the rest you promised. Amen.
