Is it weak to ask for help when you are struggling?

You have built something strong in your silence. You have handled what comes, managed what breaks, kept standing when others might have crumbled. That takes real strength. I see that in you. But strength that never bends becomes brittle. And the admission you are protecting yourself from is simply this: you cannot do this alone, and you were never meant to. Asking for help is not weakness showing through. It is wisdom recognizing a truth that has always been true. You are human. You need. That is not failure. That is honest. Listen to what God says to you: "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Not judgment. Not disappointment. Rest. He is not waiting for you to have it all sorted before you come. He is waiting for you to come as you are, tired and needing, and He will carry what you cannot. Today, tell one person one true thing about what you are carrying. Let yourself be known. Let yourself be helped. That is not collapse.
