How do I stop researching and just start?

You have forty tabs open. Three courses bought, two half watched. A folder of articles on the exact thing you keep meaning to start. Every new method feels like the missing piece, so you read one more before you begin. Here is the short answer. Reading is not starting. At some point the only next step is a small, ugly first attempt, and God does not ask you to have it all figured out first. James tells us why.

Pick the smallest piece of the thing and do it badly for ten minutes today. A paragraph, one phone call, one sketch. Close every tab first.
