How do I stop over-researching and actually start doing the thing? - Fountain of Grace International

"For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also."

- James 2:26 (KJV)
You know the research folder. You could teach a seminar on the thing you haven't started. Another tab opens. Another article. Another expert's method that might be the missing piece. You're not lazy - you're thorough. Except thoroughness has become a beautiful disguise for fear. You research because research doesn't fail. It doesn't reject you. It doesn't require you to be inadequate in front of other people. Analysis is safe. Action isn't. Here's what actually moves: "Faith without works is dead." Not faith without perfect knowledge. Not faith without every angle covered. Dead faith is the kind that never leaves the research phase. The Israelites didn't map Canaan for forty years - they walked in, trembling and unprepared, and God met them there. In the actual doing. You already know enough. You've known enough for months. The thing you're waiting to understand before you start isn't knowledge. It's permission to be imperfect while you learn. Blessings - Fountain of Grace International
