Is God actually doing something with the mess in my home?

Your home probably does not look like something under construction right now. It looks like arguments half-resolved, kids who push back, a marriage that needs more than you have, days that end before you feel like you got anything right. That is not failure. That is what building looks like from the inside. God has not stepped away from your family. He is the one holding the plans. Listen to what He says about it:

"For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building."

- 1 Corinthians 3:9 (KJV)

Pick one person in your home today, a spouse, a child, a parent you live with. Tell them one specific thing you see God growing in them. Not a big speech. One sentence, out loud, before the day ends. Watch what it does to them.

Lord, I cannot always see what You are building, but I trust that You are building it. Keep working in my home, in each of us. Let me be a willing part of what You are doing. Amen.
