Why can't I stick with anything I start?

You started strong. You had a plan, maybe even a deadline written in your notes app. Then somewhere around week two or three, life got loud, and the thing quietly slid off the table. Maybe it is not willpower that is the problem. Maybe there is a quiet fear underneath it, one you have not had time to name yet. God speaks right into that unnamed fear.

"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."

- 2 Timothy 1:7 (KJV)

Take the thing you quietly shelved. Write its name on a piece of paper right now, one line. Pin it somewhere you will see it today. Not as pressure. As a reminder that you have not given up, you just paused. One name, one minute, that is enough.
